Hi, I'm Amanda — owner of Scoops: The Wheely Good Ice Cream Cart, proudly serving in Charleston and Orlando. Central Florida has always been home to me, but it was during my five years in Charleston that my dream of owning a small business truly came to life.

What started as a dream is now part of countless beautiful memories — from elegant weddings to lively community events. There's nothing I love more than being part of those unforgettable moments.

Everything you need to know about booking Scoops for your special event.

We're proud to serve across multiple areas! Our primary markets are:

Charleston, SC — Where Scoops was born! We serve Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry area, including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, and beyond.

Orlando, FL — Our Florida home base. We serve the greater Orlando area and surrounding communities.

Tampa, FL — We love bringing Scoops to the Tampa Bay area for weddings, corporate events, and everything in between.

Lakeland, FL — Serving Lakeland and the surrounding Polk County area.

Booking is super easy! Send us an email at hello@wheelygoodicecream.com to get started. A simple contract and 50% deposit will be required to secure your date.
We accept Checks, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please note we charge a 4% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
Our packages include 2–3 flavors. We'll send you our full list of delicious options to choose from so you can find the perfect fit for your event!
Absolutely! We can bring cookies, brownies, or cupcakes along with ice cream to create the ultimate ice cream sandwich experience. Just let us know when booking!
We provide spoons and cups as standard. Cones are available for an additional cost. If you'd like something special, we're open to using your own custom dishes to match your event theme.
Our standard package includes 2 hours of service with one friendly attendant. Need more time? Ask us about extended service options.
If you're located within 15 miles of our base area, there is no travel fee. For events beyond this radius, we charge a small travel fee depending on your exact location.
Yes! Toppings are available for an additional cost. We offer a delightful selection to make each scoop even more special.
